Rec.2020 is published in R4 color records, but it is not one of the four Protocol 1.0 Resolver targets. Unsupported contexts return an explicit error.
Compact Token v1
12-bit transport. Not canonical identity.
The current 2,385 identities map deterministically to unsigned 12-bit Registry indices 0–2,384. The compact token is a transport primitive: it does not replace the NUANCE ID and is not itself an image codec.
